Jeff DeHaven
PRESIDENT & CEO
A natural social media enthusiast, Jeff began exploring the world of digital media in his teens. As a high school graduate, he launched Mid-Michigan’s first social media agency and fuels his dreams in the ever-changing field for the past 20 years.
In his spare time, DeHaven founded Social Mitten, (an annual statewide social media conference) has previously served as president of the Great Lakes Bay Social Media Club and vice president of Social Media Association of Michigan. Today, Jeff is the go-to social media contributor in the region, podcast producer, keynote speaker, and avid Funko Pop collector.
Mel Dyjak
CREATIVE DIRECTOR
Mel is a multi-disciplined designer with 20+ years of experience in creating high-quality designs for social media, websites, and videos. Mel also works as our photographer and video editor. Also a bit of a techie, Mel keeps our office up to date with the latest info on gadgets and new pieces of tech hitting the market.
Mel truly has a passion for great design and will usually be found with an iPhone and headphones. An avid sports fan, Mel is also our resident expert on anything sports-related, especially Michigan Football, Go Blue! Mel also loves playing with her Australian Shepherd, Cali, and squeezing in some time to play video games.
Karder Gollin

At just 20 years young, Karder is already making waves in the world of social media technology. Growing up in the digital era, he has had the advantage of always using technology for everything he does on a daily basis. With a passion for all things digital and a knack for staying ahead of the curve, he's a valuable asset to our team here at Digital Mitten. With his unique blend of creativity and technical expertise, Karder brings a fresh perspective to everything he does. Whether he's crafting compelling social media content or fine-tuning our platform for optimal performance, his dedication to excellence shines through in every project.
